The shipping cost is calculated based on the amount before taxes, discounts, and any non-refundable fees are applied.
Free shipping within the United States for orders over $75, and free global shipping for orders over $175.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day free return service for all customers in the United States, Canada and Australia. Please note that orders returned or exchanged from the United States will incur a return shipping fee of $5.99, orders from Canada will incur a return shipping fee of $10.99, and orders from other countries will incur a return shipping fee of $30. These return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. The return period starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up. To be eligible for a return:
1、tems must be in their original condition, showing no signs of wear or damage.
2、Returned items must include all original packaging, such as tags, boxes, and pouches. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Engraved and monogrammed products.
- Earrings used in piercing services.
- Gift cards.
As an additional perk, we provide a 15% bonus in store credit for every exchange.
Final Sale Products
All ‘Last Chance’ items and engraved jewelry are considered final sale at the time of purchase and are not eligible for exchange or return. Additionally, the following products are also final sale: Chain Extenders, Earring Backs, Earring Back Lifters, Gift Boxes, and Mystery products.
